I have spent more than four decades helping people grow. Leaders, teams and organizations, by strengthening clarity, communication and authentic human connection.

My career began in the world of premium automotive brands such as Porsche, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz and Maserati. Working in high performance environments taught me something essential. Excellence always begins in the mindset and behaviour of people.

As an executive coach, leadership trainer and mediator, I support individuals and organizations as they navigate transformation and change. My work focuses on building emotional intelligence, resilience and trust, the foundations of strong leadership and healthy team culture. Whether in coaching, seminars or mediation, my approach is rooted in awareness, authentic dialogue and the ability to see a situation from a new perspective.

I believe that when people understand themselves, they lead others with more clarity, purpose and confidence. That belief shapes everything I do, from developing leaders, to guiding teams, to supporting organizations through difficult moments of transition.

My method has a name I have carried for years: Personal Power Management and Mental Success Training. It brings together mental strength, emotional intelligence, communication and the quieter work of values and charisma. It is less about technique and more about who a person becomes when the pressure is real.

Outside of work I am a lifelong learner and adventurer. I draw inspiration from nature, people and movement. I have trekked through the Andes, crossed Southeast Asia in the simplest way possible, and years ago fulfilled a dream by riding a motorcycle along the Silk Road, tracing an ancient route across mountains and deserts. These journeys remind me, again and again, that leadership, like life, is an adventure. Growth happens when we stay curious, keep moving and remain open to the unknown.

I am based between Zurich and Dubai, and I work internationally with clients who want to lead with purpose, inspire others, and bring more clarity into their decisions, in business and in life.
